CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT OF AN ICONIC BUSINESS

Gunnamatta Trail Rides (GTR) located on the Mornington Peninsula is one of the largest equine tourism based business’ in Australia.

Due to unprecedented growth, GTR is looking for an outgoing, highly experienced Customer Service Assistant.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the front office reception desk, consistently delivering superior levels of Customer service.

You will be required vary shifts including weekends and public holidays as per Company’s demand.

Essential personal attributes should include:

  • Professional presentation
  • Demonstrated experience in a tourism based environment (horse experience not essential)
  • Excellent communication skill with empathy toward inspiring a positive staff culture
  • Highly organised and efficient and flexible in your approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive team player with a thirst for a new challenge and must be self motivated
  • Most important is your ability to handle a diverse role, prioritise and follow through on tasks unsupervised
  • Above all, an extremely positive attitude, enthusiasm and a sense of accountability for the work you do is paramount to your success.
  • Candidates with a Tourism based background and prior Customer Service experience will only be considered for this exciting and challenging role.

TEAM LEADER OF AN ICONIC BUSINESS

We are looking for a TEAM of Team Leaders!

Being the best on the peninsula in trail rides means we need the best people leading our enthusiastic and dedicated team of yard staff and Trail Ride Assistants.

As our business explodes with excited outdoor adventures and tourists from all over the world in summer, we are now preparing for our extremely busy season.  This means we need Team Leaders to join us and take on the responsibility of leading our teams of equally motivated and dedicated yard staff, whilst maintaining our very high standard of safety, customer service and horse care.

As a Team Leader, you will have experience in supervising and or managing teams or individuals, along with extensive experience dealing with customers and deadlines.

All yard duties with staff supervision and horse care are a major part of this position.  You are also required to ensure our customers are safe and enjoying their experience of riding our beautiful horses, so being a people person really counts!

Your horse riding experience is a minimum of 5 years, and you are willing and able to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays over summer.

You love riding horses – and to do this on the stunning St Andrews Beach creating amazing memories for our clients is a huge plus and major attraction of this role.
